Wielu przedsiębiorców zastanawia się w jaki sposób ułożyć swoją strukturę biznesową.
Część z nich zakłada siostrzane spółki opodatkowane estońskim CIT-em.
Estoński CIT nadal się opłaca i pozwala na odroczenie momentu zapłaty podatku do czasu faktycznej ich wypłaty lub innego przekazania na cele prywatne wspólników i podmiotów z nimi powiązanymi.
Pozostała część przedsiębiorców zakłada fundacje rodzinne, do których wnosi udziały w posiadanych spółkach i wnosi posiadany majątek do fundacji rodzinnej.
O ile spółki wniesione do fundacji rodzinnej muszą płacić podatki „po staremu”, o tyle same wytransferowane zyski do fundacji rodzinnej i osiągnięte przez tą fundację mogą być zwolnione z opodatkowania – również do czasu faktycznej ich wypłaty.
Nie jest możliwe za to wniesienie udziałów spółki opodatkowanej estońskim CIT do fundacji rodzinnej.

Część z nich zakłada siostrzane spółki opodatkowane estońskim CIT-em.
Estoński CIT nadal się opłaca i pozwala na odroczenie momentu zapłaty podatku do czasu faktycznej ich wypłaty lub innego przekazania na cele prywatne wspólników i podmiotów z nimi powiązanymi.
Pozostała część przedsiębiorców zakłada fundacje rodzinne, do których wnosi udziały w posiadanych spółkach i wnosi posiadany majątek do fundacji rodzinnej.
O ile spółki wniesione do fundacji rodzinnej muszą płacić podatki „po staremu”, o tyle same wytransferowane zyski do fundacji rodzinnej i osiągnięte przez tą fundację mogą być zwolnione z opodatkowania – również do czasu faktycznej ich wypłaty.
Nie jest możliwe za to wniesienie udziałów spółki opodatkowanej estońskim CIT do fundacji rodzinnej.
